Beautiful walk today of 2 miles...I'll be getting back to running shortly!

  1. ahem...WALK?! ;) Girl, we got some more running to do! ;) It is good though to get the mileage up...

    15 miles/week, rain or shine, is my new goal for the next three weeks. To continue to build up this much needed stamina. Also, it's time to include those weight lifting sessions!!! ;)
