Night run.
To run in all black in the middle of the night is pretty much asking for it right? That's why we wear reflectors at night, and maybe some white.... ;)
See ya in the morn!
1.5 miles to clear the mind....

THREE MILER :)
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders, and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross"....."Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees. 'Make level paths for your feet,' so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.'"
Hebrews 12:1-2, 12-13
Hebrews 12:1-2, 12-13
3 Miles Yesterday! God gave us the strength and grace to push through.
I used to think that if a person wanted to run a race, they could just go out there and run to build up mileage. However, I'm finding that if I don't have the proper form, I waste unnecessary energy and do damage to my knees. Who knew? I must strengthen my muscles to be able to run properly for an extended amount of time.
And then there were the distractions...100 football men come hollering onto the field in the middle of the track. I wanted to RUN AWAY and hide, rather than them see my attempt at running. Nevertheless, I pressed on.
We did it!
